1. General information
Welcome to the new EU-wide recruitment solution. We are a UK recruitment company working in partnership with experienced recruitment agencies from across the EU to bring you a high standard of service in recruiting pesonnel from the Uk and EU wide if no UK candidates are available or if you trade in a sector which has shortages of skills. We work very closely with the Job Centres throughout the UK and search the local job markets before we look for overseas staff.
WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL
-All our candidates are thoroughly screened on application and all suitable applicants are prioritised for interview.
-Candidates are thoroughly interviewed and their background is discussed in detail.
-A detailed candidate analysis of all interviewees is compiled by us in the UK after which a language test is sat with a rigurous scoring system.
-We check their criminal and medical records to ensure they are fit to perform the job applied for.
-All the qualifications and references are translated and can be viewed by you at any point.
-Candidates who are successful at this stage are then considered for relevant vacancies and references are taken.
-We speak to all candidates about positions and companies before submitting their details. This ensures they meet company requirements and are serious and reliable.
2. Register with us
Registering your vacancies with us is free of charge. You only pay when we found you the right person for the job and you agree with our choice. The promotional offer valid until 31.12.2008 is 6% of the worker's annual salary paid as a one off fee. The contract you sign with us sets out our obligations towards you and your obligations towards the jobseeker. The contract which the jobseeker will sign outlines his/her obligations towards you, the employer, and us, Sara Recruitment.

3. Personnel supplies and sectors.
We can supply personnel in any sectors, but in particular in sectors where jobs cannot be filled with UK workers.
